We are a team of former hotel managers who have seen many independent hotels struggle to articulate what makes them truly special.

 

It often results in a failure to attract a new generation of guests, difficulty retaining staff, money wasted on renovations, competing on price, and an ever-changing management.

We have watched it from the inside, over and over again, and learned that the problem is rarely the product, but the absence of direction.
